• A copy of your current biography and resume if any.
• Two (2) Current 8x10 black and white head shots or two school photos.
• A clearly labeled, recent recording with audition repertoire. (if not attending auditions)
• A non-refundable $40.00 Application fee (Make checks payable to "AAMS"
