Program Details

This program offers private lessons and coachings.  Along with diction, interpretation, improvisation, movement, dance, and master classes. Participants may also take part in musical theatre scenes, opera scenes, an Opera to Pop concert, and a Liederabend. The program ends with two main productions of You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown and The Magic Flute. All roles will be double cast.

                             Talented High School Students interested in age appropriate participation
          Costs:          Application fee: $40.
                             Program cost (tuition): Non-Refundable after May 10th, 2008
                                             Lead roles: $750
                                             Supporting: $600
                            
          Housing:     Will not be provided by the festival, information/help available upon request.
                             Preference will be given to students who do not need housing assistance.      
          Aid:             Limited scholarship and financial aid is available. 
                             Apply early for best consideration.

Sample Day's Schedule
         
2:45 pm - Check In.
          3:00 pm - Guest-Artist Event/Master Class.
          5:00 pm - Short Break/Dinner.
          5:15 pm - Music Coaching for Opera/Staging Rehearsal for Musical.
          7:50 pm - Short meeting with Faculty/Break.
          8:00 pm - Music Coaching for Musical/Staging Rehearsal for Opera.
          10:00 pm - Participants released.
          Each individual schedule will be different depending on participation.
